Full-time 32 hours weekly; 6-hour day shifts — benefits offered. At the most basic level, New Haven is a residential treatment center and accredited school for troubled adolescent girls. On a deeper level, New Haven is the efforts of countless individuals working to ensure that our girls are given a safe environment where they can build meaningful relationships with employees, driving healing and growth both for the girl herself and for her family. We emphasize familial connection because we believe that change within the family environment is just as important as change within the individual for long-term impacts. If you understand the importance of healthy boundaries in relationships and want to participate in facilitating such a relational process to help our girls build a more hopeful future, then New Haven is the place for you! Applicants must be capable of holding appropriate boundaries with students and their parents, have the ability to assess and interpret student behavior, and are able to make critical decisions based on input from multiple sources.
