Based in Billings, Montana, this is an hourly position with basic working hours totaling 40 hours per week. Hours will, at times, be flexible to meet the various requirements of the position. This position deals primarily with the Eagle Mount Ski program.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage the Eagle Mount Ski program and staff as well as mange several additional adaptive recreational programs throughout the year. Identify, acquire and/or create all materials needed for programs to assist with the planning process and ensure adequate preparedness for existing programs. Review and assess demand for potential new programs. Make recommendations to Executive Director for existing programs and new programs. Create, administer follow-up survey’s to: participants, parents/caregivers, volunteers, and program facility hosts. Results should be used to assess planning, revisions and enhancements to programs. Acquisition/repair of program resources and equipment. Create a maintain an up-to-date SOP for each program that includes, but is not limited to; facility contracts, program curriculum, volunteer training, participant progress record, safety plan, inventory. School/Special event presence – program promotion and participant/volunteer recruitment. Work collaboratively with other program supervisors to create volunteer appreciation opportunities ongoing/milestones. Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions: Environment – The position requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Physical – The position requires the employee to be able to bend, twist and at times lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

|Minimum Requirements||Bachelor degree in related field. Individuals with direct experience and/or CTRS are encouraged to apply.
CPR/FIRST AID Certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
Ski instruction experience and Current PSIA certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
2+ years of adaptive alpine ski and/or snowboard experience. Adaptive PSIA Certification or obtained by the end of first ski season.
Ability to manage adaptive recreation programs.
Ability to supervise and direct adaptive program staff and volunteers.
Program and/or volunteer coordination experience
Disability knowledge or past disability related employment experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Ppt.)
Must be self motivating, effective organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
